No, only the iPhone 12 has 5G. The iPad Pro and other iPad models with cellular are still on LTE. If 5G connectivity is important, buy the wifi only model and get an iPhone 12 and turn on your personal hotspot feature. Most unlimited plans available now have a certain amount of hotspot data built in to the plan. That way you only have to pay for one data plan that you are already doing, and you save money not buying the cellular version of the iPad.
