Besides price, cellular requires a mobile device paid plan with a phone carrier such as ATT or T-Mobile. Wifi requires access to a Wireless Access Point (Normally Free), which you find included with almost all home network products from Internet Service Providers. Cellular gives you the most flexibility, but at an additional cost. If you are planning on using your device mostly at home, cellular does does not make a lot of senae.

Cellular uses the same network as a cell phone and can be used anywhere you have a cell phone signal. You must also have a cellphone service account.
