Does this have iOS 10 or iOS 11? null

New iPad Pro should come with iOS 11. However you will want to look for an update, as there have been severe recent iOS updates.

Original ones came with iOS10 with the free upgrade to iOS11. I believe all the current ones had iOS11 pre-installed
