A:Answer Keyboard is sold separately(Apple - Smart Keyboard Folio). You can purchase wifi only, or ATT or Versison versions. It says so in the descriptions on order screen. Or tell the sales rep in store what your after :) You might get discount from your cell provider if you ask for their version, other wise you will pay more for the additional cell modem added to iPad. I just use my cell as a mobile hotspot and skip the monthly fee of attaching my Ipad to cell service.
