Hi Jaz if you get the IPAD under AT&T you will be billed for the monthly payment to pay the device off if you decide to pay as an installment plan as well as $20 a month to have access to cellular data and WiFi. Under the AT&T plan you will get a separate number outside of your regular cell phone. Hope this helps you.

Your monthly payments would be 150 dollars. (there are some one time charges that will show up on your first bill after you purchase the iPad so your bill might be for example 190 dollars [50 dollar payment and 40 dollars in one time charges as an example] but every bull after that should be 150 dollars)
