Carrier wise with service i am not sure.

you need the one with the network option to use it with a specific carrier. 
Mine is unlocked; Not restricted to any network. All I need is Wifi or hot spot.

Yes of course. It’s works on both. I have Verizon on my iPad and it’s compatible with 5G. It’s incredibly fast.

The Cellular versions support a host of carriers. Roaming and data charges may apply where you take it to use service and would require you to discuss those costs with your carrier to get a better idea.
