“As this ipad does not have a headphone jack, how do I connect my speakers to it? My speakers are not bluetooth capable.”

You can buy a type-C charger converter. It changes the charging port to a aux

Try to find an adapter that will fit the USB-C port on the ipad and your speakers.

Possibly, if you buy a USB-C capable speaker, but otherwise Bluetooth is about the only avenue

It will depend on the headphones. Mine plug in but you might need an adaptor.I just did it!
