This is the strangest question I saw! The card is to refill for what Apps you are going to purchase from Apple App Store, as with how many minutes you can talk on a video chat I think you need to ask your wireless service provider and what internet assess plan you have with either AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint and so on! Apple Refill is to buy the Video Chat Apps from Apple Apps Store!

None! It's not that kind of card! This card is good for purchases through the iTunes Store and nothing more! Music, movies, Audio books & Apple Apps.

None, itunes giftcards are not used to purchase minutes for making calls, sending emails, sending text, accessing the internet, or paying taxes. Apple sells apps, movies, TV shows, and music on iTunes, but not calls. You'll want to buy a card from a cellular provider. There may be an app on Apple's store that will offer calling services and charge for minutes; that app may even accept iTunes credit, but the app would decide the rate you would be billed for during calls.
