Yes. It works on IPhone XR. Make sure you get a Type-C-to lightning cord as well. The cord is not included.

It would work with the iPhone XR, however you would need to also buy a USB C to lightning cable. I believe the XR came with a USB A to lightning cable (USB A is the typical USB adapter). While this would charge the XR faster than the original power adapter, I don’t think it will take full advantage of this adapter. It’ll work, but charge slower relative to new iPhones.
