Yes just make sure you have a type c to lighting cable. I use it on my XS MAX

I don't think so because the iPhone 11 has a "lightening to USB Cable" and the 20 Watt uses a "Lightening to USB-C Cable." You would need to purchase a standard charger that has only the USB port.
