• Yes, it's possible to upgrade memory in this iMac. Best Buy sells a 8GB kit for $72. Don't know what it costs to have BB install it, or how hard it is to install yourself because I've never done it.

• Yes, you can upgrade the 3.0, 21.3" iMac to 16Gb RAM. It has 2 slots with two 4GB, so you would need to purchase 2 8GB.
