Hey Daniel, I’ve had the same problem when I order the digital card, what I’ve done in the past is call customer service and they will connect you to the digital department and they will have to give you the code over the phone. I think they have a problem with the email the digital, BUT I bet you got the email for four month free music. Just call customer service, have them connect you to the digital department and tell them your issue. Good luck!!!!
