“I bought my first new iMac 27 inch but all of this is new. I have been using an HP desktop computer and I’ve never had a problem downloading apps but on this I can’t even download zoom…maybe I just don’t know what I’m doing I need help!!!”

Send yourself a zoom invitation to your IMac messages, of course you will have to add your number first to the contact list, after you do that just click to the zoom invitation and it will take you to download the app, good luck!!

But if not: Please make sure you are downloading from the appropriate website and for the appropriate Operating System of your MAC. Additionally, there is an application store that would traditionally host a 'Zoom' App. on it that you could download from as well. Please note, some files download and have to be manually migrated from the download to the applications folder, but there is traditionally a pop-up that would be displayed while doing so. Thanks!
