• You can use it to charge your Macbook 15 inch, but it’s way underpowered, than the charger that comes with that Macbook you have, so, in order for it to charge your mac, it must be on standby mode, or just closed, that way it won’t be needing to much energy, which will allow the battery to charge

• It is but id highly recommend to stay away from it because it will charge your computer extremely slow.
