• Yes because it’s totally adjustable. Yesterday I was driving home and looked down and the watch had just taken my heart rate.

• YES. YOU CAN GET IT AS SNUG AS YOU WANT. I HAVE CLEANED MINE BY HAND USING SOAP AND WATER AND LETTING IT AIR DRY.
