• Q1 Depends upon the model. If they won’t take it, you can go to the Apple website and get an Apple gift card. Q2 if you make an appointment with the Geek Squad, they will transfer everything on to your new iPad. They are wonderful!

• Yes, they will! I did this twice so far, Allowance probably depends on the age and condition of the trade-in.
