Everyone’s ear canal is different I purchased the 3rd generation but have to return them because they constantly fall out. The second generation AirPods fit perfectly

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue and eventually returned them. They do have the model with the silicone tips but you’d have buy that version and see if that works better for you. As advised by a Best Buy store rep.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you just have to get used to them. I have smaller ears and they hurt mine too. After about a week or two they feel normal. I use them a lot and have them in for hours at a time.
