• Yes. You can use them wired (USB - C cable), also you can try the loss-less sound using them wired.

• Yes, but only if you get the pricey Apple USBC to 3.5mm cable, and only with the Apple one. There seems to be some bi-directional conversion tech only that cable has (hence the cost) and no other brands have cloned yet.
