Are these headphones brand new? null

I bought an open box (excellent condition). The charging cable had the original cardboard around it showing it had never been used, all instructions were in box, and absolutely no marks on the headphones. If not new, it was not used much at all and was taken very good care of.

Realistically, the AirPods Max (2nd generation) launched last year (2024). I actually purchased my blue ones on Independence Day (7-4-2025).
