“What do you have to do to get these to stay in your ears securely? I’ve tried all of the different sizes of ear pieces and they feel like they will fall out as soon as I leave the house.”

Definitely use the size best for you but I find that twisting them past verticle keeps mine secure.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try different buds also make sure how you have them laying in your ear canal. I have very shallow ear canals and these fit perfect. As a matter of course I’ve fallen asleep with them in and didn’t fall out
