Asked by danojano.
- A:Answer Yes, Select Settings, select Bluetooth settings then choose Add device. After setting up it is just a case of picking the AirPods icon from the list when needed. Q: QuestionHow does the hearing aid feature work?
Asked by JarrBass.
This question was asked about the related product: Apple - AirPods Pro 2, Wireless Active Noise Cancelling Earbuds with Hearing Aid Feature - White
- A:Answer The hearing aid feature uses the AirPods Pro 2 microphones to pick up surrounding sounds, then boosts and adjusts those sounds in real time to make speech and important noises easier to hear. You can customize amplification, balance, and transparency levels in the iPhone settings, and it works especially well for mild hearing loss or everyday listening situations. It’s not a replacement for medical hearing aids, but it helps improve clarity in conversations and noisy environments.

Q: QuestionCan this version act as a hearing aid
Asked by Gary.
- A:Answer Yes, AirPods Pro 2 can function as FDA-authorized over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids for adults with mild-to-moderate hearing loss, offering features like personalized sound amplification and conversation enhancement through Transparency Mode, but they don't replace professional, prescription hearing aids for severe loss or complex needs, lacking some customization and power. You set them up in your iPhone/iPad settings by taking an in-app hearing test or entering audiogram data for customized sound profiles, boosting clarity for speech in calls, music, and the environment.

Q: QuestionAre the Airpod Pro 2 units new or refurbished?
Asked by MaddyDog.
- A:Answer You can buy either if you want brand new you purchase brand new if you want refurbished, you buy refurbished, but there will be a price difference!! But it’s not a crazy price difference so I’d recommend buying brand new! Also it says in the description if they are refurbished that’s the first thing you’ll see refurbished AirPod Pros 2, brand new will say Apple AirPod pros 2 plus every set I’ve purchased only showed new had to search refurbished or open box. They are a little cheaper but not much that’s why I say just get the brand new ones if they are refurbished, it will say it in the description!! Hope that helps
