• Well if your using both of them at the same time then you might want to wait 10 to 20 minutes and keep the case charging before removing the AirPods but if your using them one at a time leave them in for 30-40 minutes.

• The battery life on the second generation AirPods Pro are so much longer. Mine last all day and the case stays with battery life as well much longer.

• Depends on how long you use them for. I go a few hours and don't have to charge. The one time I ran out of juice when using I put them back in their case maybe for 10 minutes and got at least another hour out of them.
