• Best earbuds I have used in the gym. Workout 6 days a week and these have outlasted any part I have had over the years. I have to sometimes adjust when spinning but that is usually bc the room is so hot and massively sweating. Didn’t have the same issue when jogging. Would totally recommend for the gym.

• I bought some hooks on amazon that just slide on to the bottom of the pod to prevent them from falling out.

• Change the buds if it doesn’t work buy a different buds
