how do I adjust the volume on the earbuds null

I found out it is on the inside of the stem on the earbud, the flat side. Slide up and down.

Where you tap the AirPod to answer calls/pause or whatever, just swipe your finger up or down to adjust the volume

Hey Alice! To adjust the volume on the AirPods Pro 2nd generation, you can just swipe up or down on the stem of either earbud. It’s a little touch-sensitive strip, so swipe up to raise the volume and down to lower it. Super convenient—no need to pull out your phone.
