QuestionI live in Turkey. I wonder that If I buy airpods from Chicago Best Buy during my travelling in USA and have problem in future while using in Turkey. Can I send product Apple Turkey for warranty claim? Because there aren't best buy stores in Turkey.

- Answer Yes, I used them with a Samsung Galaxy s9+ with no problems. You can't adjust the settings from your phone. To change the settings you need to pair the pods with any other Apple product, for instance, a Macbook or iPhone. I adjusted mine using my Macbook and it worked great.

QuestionI got some of these airPods for Christmas. One of them does not work. Do you do repairs or rebates for new ones if I bring them in? I think they have a year warrantee, but I can't find the paperwork.

QuestionHave NOT found a ear piece that stays in place, they slowly slip out running or working out. I want a snug fit, whether running or working out .

- Answer I had the same problem. I found silicone covers that help, but they prevent the air buds from charging. You have to take them off and put them back on every time.
