the $159.99 ones are the regular airpods. the $200.00 ones have a wireless charging case. you can just put them on a charging pad instead of using the charger.

You can buy the airpods worth 159.99 and buy the wireless case for 79.99 later on. Both the airpods are of the same version. They higher price is only for the charging case.
