Sad to say, but its not included to the warranty. Only the defects that soon will be encountered for one year from the date of purchase.

If you did then read what the Apple care covers I’ll put in the 3rd solution for free since you lost one of them 3. Sell whatever you have left of the AirPods on eBay or friends and whatever money you get from selling it, put it towards a new pair and a Apple care so you don’t lose them again in a week or less.
