Yes, in addition to being compatible to all Apple projects, I personally also use this device with my HP Elitebook. Airpods should be compatible with any device that has Bluetooth.

Yes, I didn’t know either that they worked with my son’s google pixel phone or Samsung but he let me know they are compatible. They also work with his laptops. (HP, Dell) Hope this helps!
