• You do not have direct volume control on the ear pieces. You can adjust the volume using your phone or tablet (that is what I do). There is also a tapping feature that you can customize. Each ear piece can be customized for when you double tap on it to either play/pause, next track, previous track, or open siri. I use open siri and I can say to Siri, turn down the volume or turn up the volume if I am not by my phone. I was worried about this at first, but it is not a bother to me to just use my phone to adjust the volume or use siri. Hope this helps!! :)

• The AirPods have different controls that you can change on your iPhone such as double tap the left AirPod for the next song or double tap the right AirPod to turn down/up the volume
