Actually, if you have an Apple account, you can use findmy on the web and track them.

Unfortunately not. For full tracking features (like locating your own AirTag), you need an Apple device, as the AirTag relies on the Find My network which is exclusive to Apple devices (iPhones, iPads, etc.)
