Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would think so. The location would also be very precise, especially if you have an iPhone, iPad, etc with Bluetooth turned on. While no identifying data is transferred, the AirTags “ping” Mac products when it gets close enough to one with Bluetooth on. It will be interesting to see if people start to exploit them this way and what kind of consequences arise.
