Through “Find My” app choose AirTag at the bottom of the screen and press “Play Sound” AirTag will beep

On your iphone, run "Find My" app. Press on "Items" located at the bottom of the screen. Choose the airtag and then press "Play Sound"

This will make airtag to beep

It should say where it is on your phone check the settings for the air tag

Assuming you linked them to your iPhone before you put it in your dad’s wallet, you can use the Find my IPhone app on your phone to find the AirTag again.
