• Yes, I just returned from Germany and it worked perfectly to track my items. I was also able to track my items in The States while traveling overseas.

• absolutely! my luggage had been left in Atlanta when I landed in Amsterdam. I could tell the airline exactly where it was -- I feel confident it saved several days (at least) of stress. Highly recommend!

• Yes. My son just tracked his lost luggage from Heathrow back home in NC. However, it apparently can not track items while in the air.
