• No, it only works with apple iPhone devices, if you found an airtag, you can hold the airtag to the back of your Samsung and find its owner, if your looking for a tracking device, Samsung makes their own called galaxy smarttag

• I just read an article from about a week ago (it’s 7/7/21 as I write this), and it said that the AirTags will be getting an Android App. So in the near future, yes.
