• If you still have an old device with the same apple id you connected the airtag to, you can remove the airtag and connect it to another new apple id. Another option is to share the airtag with another apple id from the main device.

• Yes, you have to remove it from “Find my” on your Apple device, then someone can add it to theirs

• Yes, they can. They have to be released from their existing owner first, however. To remove from an account, go to Find My, items, and click remove item.
