“Will this work with my iphone 6+? I don't imagine it will. I like my phone and until it dies which will be some time with a new battery, it becomes more frustrating to get apps that work with system other than 13 or 14.. Too bad...”

AirTags require iOS 14.5 or higher. iPhone 6s is compatible but 6 plus is not unfortunately.
