Yes, we use Find My and Add items to 2 different accounts iPhones that both track it.

You can share the device with another user. Or you would have to have multiple apple devices all linked to your account.

It can be linked to your Apple iCloud account. You can share the location info with others from there but it’s assigned to one Apple account
