Question, Why did the previous owner return it? null

These are from trusted suppliers. Tested, inspected, and seller-refurbished to make sure they are in good working condition.

Since this is a 2nd gen.-2017, I can only assume it must be a good trade-in that was reformatted. I have one like this and love it . If I was going to update here are my reasons. 1) Need more space 2) This is only WI-FI which doesn't have internet service unless you are using a WI-FI connection close by, or a hot-spot. 3) More Gigs is needed, but next size up is 512G and lots of money 4) Want to have Data service connection ( access internet anytime , like your cell phone)
