• I don't think there are any direct ways of doing that, there is certainly no way you could physically connect the two. You can download hearing apps for iOS devices that use the device's microphone and then route it to the headphones. My Mother did that for a short time while her hearing aid was out of service and it helped bridge the gap, although not a permanent solution. She has severe hearing loss. You may want to check Apple's "Made for iPhone compatible hearing devices" page to see if the hearing aid is compatible with iOS. If so you can connect it via Bluetooth to your iPhone/iPad to take calls, play music, etc. direct to your hearing aid.
