I purchased an iPad and then I got 3 free subscriptions and one was the iCloud. I didn’t want any of the subscriptions but they showed only in my email not during my checkout. Can I remove them immediately? null

These subscriptions are included with the iPad purchase. You would have to activate them using that email offer on the iPad for the free trial period to start, then get charged after the trial subscription ends if you don't cancel. If you don't activate, nothing happens.
