• These are refurbished by Apple and are not completely new but work just as a good for me

• These are refurbished. Meaning they were owned previously or simply used for display. Refurbished doesn’t always mean someone bought them, sometimes a store places them on display and sell them as refurbished. But the full priced ones are brand new & never been opened.

• Yes, these are refurbished, meaning they were used and returned and repaired “like new” by Apple. Hence the discount.
