Mine was refurbished, no instructions how to pair. Would not pair even through you tube. I had to set up an appointment with geek squad, yes the new norm, appointment now. They were able to pair my ear pods gen 2 within minutes, geek squad very helpful should you have any issues. No where near you tube would I have been able to pair.
