When we purchase items on the BestBuy account that has the Geek Squad attached we have received the warranty coverage. Upon purchase it is recommended to make sure that you have the coverage listed on the account and the receipt to ensure you have no issues should you have the need. We have had positive experiences with BestBuy honoring the Geek Squad coverage warranty. Hope this helps!
