not worth the hassle of dealing with best buy. mine arrived defective. right ear had poor sound quality. scratchy. terrible. dealing with best buy now

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not worth the hassle, mine came with only two sized ear buds, no Charging cable, the right ear bud stopped working in 3 months. Can’t return bc it was only 45 days after purchase. However spending $239(with tax) to use it for 3 months is not worth it. Customer service in chat or over the phone are not helpful. Do not buy, unless you like gamble
