is this phone repaired? what was the problem? null

You won't get a specific answer for that. A refurbished phone could have been returned or sold back for any number of reason. From my experience buying this product, the device will be restored back to, or close to factory new condition. The device I bought had no scratches or defects. It's in perfect condition so you should expect the same.
