• (No) since it was from Apple it can only play on Apple Music and you have to connect to (Home) app

• Yes. As long as you have the app for your chosen service on your phone, it will. But you have to specify what service when you give the command to Siri. “Hey Siri, play the Rolling Stones on Spotify.” She will take a second, but she’ll say something like, “Now playing the Rolling Stones from your iPhone.” I’ve even got a SiriusXM subscription, and she’ll play specific stations from the app on my phone via voice commands
