A:AnswerThis particular iPad (5th generation model) cannot use the Apple Pencil. The 6th generation was just released and can use the Apple Pencil (which is an additional cost). The new 6th generation iPad has several updates (internal hardware) and in my opinion is a very good value.
A:AnswerThere are some iPads that are used but you actually get to choose if you want a new one or an open boxed one. An open boxed one is usually cheaper it just depends on which route you want to go on!
A:AnswerYES. GPS and WiFi operate on totally different radios; so one does not depend upon the other. WiFi and GPS may use the same interface card with partitioning to separate the two functions. An iPAD without cellular does not have a built in GPS; so to use the GPS you will need to purchase a separate GPS external receiver and antenna.
