Does this iPad support IOS 11? null

Yes it does accept the upgrade to ios11 BUT before you can install it you will have to connect to iTunes ( via the charge cable)and download the upgrade. You cannot upgrade without doing in that order( as opposed to connecting to wi-fi and upgrading).
