“Is AT&T service cost in addition to the iPad purchase price of $460? What if I do not need cellular service? I plan to use this for off-line GPS only. Thanks”

• It is up to you to decide if you want to have and pay for the cellular service. I purchase with cellular ability just in case I want to add it for travel. You will have to set this up with your cellular provider and pay their additional monthly fee. You will probably need cell service to be able to use GPS for directions.
