Is this a refurbished iPad? null

I bought the iPad Wi-Fi 128GB to be new, it was packed as new, it looks new. All settings, transfers and add-to I made suggest it to be new. Although I am not qualified to answer this question, to me this is not a refurbished iPad. As of now I am happy with the purchase I made.

No it is not which is why it was a bargain at the price I bought it.
